Tracwire Command HQ Ecosystem

The Tracwire Command HQ Ecosystem is a fully integrated suite of software applications built for public safety agencies. It centralizes the tools agencies need to manage their operations — all in one secure platform.

Command HQ connects critical workflows across recruiting, onboarding, field training, personnel management, scheduling, internal reporting, and more. Agencies no longer need to juggle multiple systems or duplicate data. The applications work together to streamline operations, improve visibility, and help leaders make informed decisions.

One login. One system. Complete agency oversight.

Core Personnel Management System

Status: In Development

The Core Personnel Management Software is the central hub for all employee data within the Tracwire ecosystem. It stores key information like contact details, job titles, certifications, emergency contacts, and protocol assignments.

It also serves as the system’s permissions engine. Role-based access is managed here, controlling what users can see and do across all connected applications. Any user added to the platform is routed through Core Personnel first, making it the foundation for account setup, access control, and cross-platform integration.

Important note: If an agency uses any software application, the CPMS will also come with it.

Onboarding Suite

Applicant Management Software (AMS)

Status: In Planning

The Applicant Management Software is used to track and manage applicants throughout the hiring process. It supports each phase—from initial application through testing, interviews, and final selection.

Users can log applicant details, pull in scores from the National Testing Network, track physical agility testing, and rank candidates during oral boards. The system maintains a complete applicant history and transitions selected candidates directly into Background Management. The focus is on maintaining consistency, reducing manual tasks, and keeping the process moving efficiently.

Background Management Software (BMS)

Status: In Planning

Background Management is used to manage the background investigation phase of the hiring process. It allows staff to create and assign custom personal history statements, reference packets, and task checklists based on position type (sworn or non-sworn). The system supports secure sharing of applicant info with third parties such as polygraph examiners, medical providers, and psychologists.

It also includes built-in integrations to pull credit reports and run social media or online activity screenings. The goal is to centralize all background activity, standardize workflows, and reduce manual tracking.

Workforce Suite

Field Training Management Software (FTMS)

Status: Released

The Field Training Management Software is used to track recruit performance during the FTO program. It supports daily observation reports, phase evaluations, remediation tracking, and documentation of incident exposure.

The system provides scoring tools, standardized category tracking, and a full timeline of recruit progress. Supervisors and FTOs can view trends over time, compare performance across categories, and flag areas needing improvement. The goal is to centralize documentation, ensure consistency across evaluators, and give command staff real-time visibility into recruit development.

Training Managment Software (TMS)

Status: In Planning

The Training Management Software is used to track all internal and external training activities for agency personnel. It records training hours, manages course attendance, and logs certifications to ensure compliance with state or agency-specific requirements.

The system supports recurring training schedules (e.g., CPR, firearms), sends automated reminders for upcoming certifications, and allows for supervisor approval workflows on external training requests. It also includes tools to build and assign in-house training modules. The goal is to centralize training records, automate tracking, and simplify compliance management.

Performance Evaluation Software (PES)

Status: In Planning

The Performance Evaluation Software is used to document and track employee performance over time. Agencies can create custom evaluation forms, set review intervals, and assess staff across multiple categories—such as job knowledge, conduct, and communication.

Supervisors can log both routine evaluations and as-needed performance notes. The system supports tracking goals, identifying trends, and helping guide promotion or development decisions. It also includes peer recognition tools and captures public feedback, such as complaints or commendations. The goal is to standardize evaluations, support accountability, and improve long-term personnel management.

Internal Affairs Management Software (IAMS)

Status: In Planning

The Internal Affairs Management Software is used to document, track, and manage internal investigations. It centralizes case data—statements, documents, photos, videos, and other evidence—and maintains a secure, organized case file from start to finish.

The system logs a timeline of events, tracks when individuals were involved, and supports role-based access to protect sensitive information. It also allows cross-referencing with other Tracwire applications to identify patterns in complaints or incidents. The goal is to ensure consistency, maintain transparency, and support defensible internal review processes.

Foundation Suite

Schedule Management Software (SMS)

Status: In Planning

The Schedule Management Software is used to build, manage, and maintain shift schedules for public safety personnel. It supports bid processes, bump logic, and contract-based scheduling rules.

Agencies can define shift minimums, assign overtime, and manage time-off requests. The system sends automated alerts for overtime needs and shift coverage issues. It’s built specifically for 24/7 operations and adjusts to the complex staffing needs of law enforcement, fire, and other public safety units. The goal is to streamline scheduling, reduce manual errors, and ensure adequate staffing at all times.

Agency Quartermaster Software (AQS)

Status: In Planning

The Agency Quartermaster Software is used to track all equipment, uniforms, and supplies issued to personnel. It logs item assignments by employee, monitors inventory levels, and records maintenance and warranty details for gear.

The system supports reordering thresholds, return tracking, and full item history. It helps agencies stay accountable for assets, maintain readiness, and reduce loss or duplication. The goal is to keep supply management organized, auditable, and easy to maintain across the entire agency.

Fleet Management Software (FMS)

Status: In Planning

The Fleet Management Software is used to manage agency vehicles, track assignments, and maintain service records. It logs each unit’s maintenance history, mileage, and scheduled service intervals, along with key documents like build specs and equipment setups.

Users can assign vehicles, mark units out of service, and flag scheduling conflicts. The system helps ensure vehicles are mission-ready, compliant, and used efficiently. The goal is to centralize fleet oversight, reduce downtime, and extend the life of agency vehicles.

Reporting Suite

Use of Force Reporting Software (UFRS)

Status: In Planning

The Use of Force Reporting Software is used to document all use-of-force incidents from initial contact through resolution. It captures key details like type of force used, what led to the event, actions taken, and post-incident care.

The system supports category-specific tracking (e.g., takedowns, control holds, impact weapons), includes supervisor review workflows, and auto-generates After Action Reports. Built-in analytics help agencies identify trends over time and support training or policy decisions. The goal is to ensure complete, consistent reporting and improve accountability across the agency.

After Action Reporting Software (AARS)

Status: In Planning

The After Action Reporting Software is used to document critical incidents from a supervisor or command perspective. It captures decisions made during the event, actions taken, and key outcomes.

The system provides structured templates to ensure consistency and supports attaching relevant documents, photos, and timelines. It also enables trend analysis across incidents to identify gaps, improve future response, and support training needs. The goal is to create a clear, organized record of major events and support continuous improvement at the command level.

K9 Training & Tracking Software (K9TS)

Status: In Planning

The K9 Training & Tracking Software is used to manage both the training and deployment activity of agency K9 units. It logs training hours, tracks progress toward certification standards, and records performance across detection, tracking, and control disciplines.

The system also supports real-world deployment tracking, including GPS data, routes taken, dog behavior, and outcomes. All activity is tied to specific handlers and dogs for clear documentation and accountability. The goal is to ensure readiness, support performance reviews, and maintain detailed records for legal and operational use.
