This collaboration will streamline OSP’s recruit training program, equipping Field Training Officers with advanced tools to mentor and develop highly skilled troopers.
Designed by law enforcement professionals, Tracwire’s FTO Software automates Daily Observation Reports, tracks recruit progress in real-time and delivers customizable analytics to enhance training outcomes. Hosted on AWS GovCloud, the software ensures secure, accessible data management, supporting OSP’s mission to maintain professional and efficient operations.
