Multnomah County Sheriffs Chooses Tracwire
Portland, Oregon – Tracwire, Inc., a leading cloud-based public safety software provider, announced today that the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) has signed to replace its legacy solution with Tracwire’s Recruit Management Platform (RMP). Tracwire’s RMP allows for effective report writing, recruit performance management, and robust analytical tools in the cloud, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) GovCloud.
While MCSO has historically used its own solution, which was developed and maintained in house, the tech-forward agency chose to partner with Traciwre for its full suite of modern capabilities, seamless compliance with the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Service (CJIS).
With Tracwire’s cloud-based technology, field training officers, training coordinators, and agency administration can share, record, and analyze data at the click of a button.
Tracwire is devoted to building technology through a user-first approach developed by police officers & field training officers with more than 40 years of combined experience in law enforcement. Tracwire provides 24/7/365 technical support and will work closely with MCSO through regular site visits and user feedback to meet client-specific needs.
“We are thrilled to provide an FTO software solution for the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office and continue growing in the Pacific Northwest,” said Brian Willard, Co-Founder & CEO of Tracwire. “We believe simple and intuitive recruit performance documentation isn’t just the way of the future; it is the model that can and should exist today. We look forward to working closely with MCSO to make their deputies, FTO’s, and even recruit’s lives easier; to bring them unmatched efficiency to their everyday workflows.”
