We at Tracwire, Inc. (“Tracwire”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to the information and data collected by Tracwire as a controller, including the information collected on our Website (www.tracwire.com) or through other channels as described below. It also describes your choices regarding use, access and correction of your personal information. If you do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Websites.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the data Tracwire processes on behalf of our customers (Customer Data) in our capacity as a processor. Your use of the Tracwire Subscription Service (the Subscription Service) as a customer of Tracwire is covered under the Tracwire Product Privacy Policy.
We periodically update this Privacy Policy. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice by sending you an email notification, or if you subscribe to the Subscription Service, through the Notification app in your Tracwire portal.

Contact Information
If you request a demo of our products and services or download certain content that we offer through our Site, you must provide your name, e-mail address, phone number, job title, name of your agency/organization, how you learned about Tracwire, and any additional information that you may choose to provide, including information about systems that you currently use. If you would like to sign up to receive our newsletter or blog updates, you will need to provide your e-mail address. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to all contact information that you provide to us or that we otherwise obtain as set forth in this section as “Contact Information”.
From Your Activity
We collect certain information when you visit the Site. Such information includes, without limitation, IP addresses, browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Site visitors visit, and similar information concerning your use of the Site.

Information Collected by or Through Third-Party Companies
We may share Other Information about you with third-parties for ad distribution and ad optimization (defined as the tailoring, targeting (i.e., behavioral, contextual, and retargeting), analyzing, managing, reporting, and optimizing of ads). These third-parties may use cookies, pixel tags (also called web beacons or clear gifs), and/or other technologies to collect such Other Information for such purposes. Pixel tags enable us, and these third-parties, to recognize a browser’s cookie when a browser visits the site on which the pixel tag is located in order to learn which advertisement brings a user to a given site. In addition, you may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any Tracwire marketing e-mail. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our subscription databases.
How We Protect the Information
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases or the databases of the third-parties with which we may share such information, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16 through the Site. If you are under 16, please do not give us any personal information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information through the Site without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 16 has provided personal information to us, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
